How we handle the personal data you provide through global.getaccounted.com.

This policy covers personal data of website visitors and prospective partner firms collected through this website. It does not cover client production data processed under an engagement with a partner firm; that processing is governed by the engagement's data-protection agreement and the partner firm's own notices.

3. Data we collect

  • Enquiry and pricing-request forms: name, firm, work email, country, approximate workload, support of interest, message, and your consent record.
  • Technical and source data: the page you submitted from, the form type, campaign parameters in the link you followed, the date and time, and the network address used for rate limiting and abuse prevention.

Our forms ask for anonymised workload information only. Please do not submit identifiable client records through this website.

4. Why we use it

  • To respond to your enquiry or pricing request and to discuss a possible partnership.
  • To keep a record of enquiries and follow-up for the Singapore Desk.
  • To protect the website and our systems against abuse.

We rely on your consent, given when you submit a form, and on our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries and protecting our systems.

5. Where it is processed

Your data is processed in India by GA Global Advisors Private Limited and by the service providers we use to host this website, store enquiries and send email. Where the data originates outside India, it is transferred to India for these purposes.
